Gorana Angert, President, CXO Crew International LLC

Creator of Directing Success™ Business Breakthrough Playbook

Abstract:

Many project managers intuitively know that having engaged project sponsors and

stakeholders heavily contributes to successfully completing projects and meeting project goals.

However, not many know how to go about effectively engaging stakeholders on a day-to-day

basis. Join Gorana, as she shares her own simple 3-step system, designed to ensure a high

level of stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle by creating a unique value

every step of the way.

In this action packed session you’ll learn:

  • A simple 3-step paint-by-number system for planning stakeholder engagement and developing more resonant and meaningful relationships in the process

  • A systematic approach to designing strategic and valuable interactions, so stakeholders are more likely to engage and support your project.

  • The secret to positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to influential stakeholders and members of the leadership team, separating you from your peers

  • And most importantly, how to think like a chess master to strategically orchestrate stakeholder experience and drive the desired project outcome
